Her excuse? “My message went to spam.” Not exactly reassuring about her social media management or customer service skills. If social media's key for attracting clients, timely responses matter. A month-long delay doesn't scream "great service." Maybe Business 101 is next on her list after photography. Her defensive response without any apology for the delay speaks volumes about how little effort and professionalism she puts into her businesses. . .
